ABOUT ITSM
IT Service Management (ITSM) is comprised of three
different areas: Help Desk, Desktop Support, and the
Information Desk. The UTS Help Desk is the single point of
contact for computer and technology support for USC faculty,
staff and students. Please contact the Help Desk at (803)
777-1800 for assistance. You can come by and visit us at the
Information Desk, 1244 Blossom Street - the corner of
Blossom and Sumter Streets on the USC Columbia campus. The
ITSM team also manages the iCARE Center - available for all
students for tech support and services.
Help Desk student support and
iCARE Center
services are paid for in part by the student technology fee.
Support for faculty and staff is paid for through Service
Level Agreements (SLAs) with various University departments.

click here. Fees for
IT support will apply for non-SLA departments and colleges.
