1. Overview of SURA www.sura.org and the Regional Infrastructure Initiative (RII) http://www.sura.org/info_tech/infrastructure/infrastructure.html

2. USC Card ID
RFP award looks promising. RFP included many services beyond just a picture ID. It may have ability utilize the card ID w/ systems such as:

- Point of sale
- Vending machines
- Laundry
- Access 
- Copying and printing
- Event management ie. athletics or voting

3. Consideration of site licenses such as Microsoft Campus Agreement and virus protection

4. Internet Service contract
- Sprint being awarded a state contract as Alternate Internet Service Provider.
- We are analyzing the benefits.
